Beavers is the first step on the Scouting ladder. To explore all the things that Scouts do but in a Beaver way. Our motto is "Fun and Friends".

We like to play games, make things, sing songs, and explore the world. We go out on Beaver Hikes around the village, invite interesting people to our meetings such as the Community Police Constable and the Firefighters with their Fire Engine.

We have the chance to work for badges such as Animal Friend and Experiment plus three different challenge badges.

Every year we go on a night away that gives us our first taste of camping (indoors) but a little way from home.

It is the start of a big adventure in the Game of Scouting.
